SYSTEM OF A DOWN----O TRUPA LEGENDARA DE METAL ALTERNATIV

Există vise diferite.Unii oameni vor să urce pe Everest.Alții vor să aibă o grădiniță de copii.Visele sunt personale,uneori devin realitate dar de cele mai multe ori rămân la stadiul de ``ce ar fi fost dacă``..  În Los Angeles un rocker înrăit de origine armeană a pus bazele unei formații de metal alternativ.Toți membri ei sunt de origine armeană: Serj Tankian (voce, clape, chitară ritm), Daron Malakian (voce, chitară), Shavo Odadjian (bass, voce de fundal) și John Dolmayan (tobe).Liderul trupei este Serj Tankoan,un muzician redutabil,școlit și foarte talentat.Părea imposibil ca patru armeano-americani să reușească în muzica rock.Și totuși...

Primul album a purtat același nume ca și trupa.Publicul a rămas uimit de soundul propus și mai ales de versuri care nu semănau nici pe departe cu versurile altor trupe.De la început critica muzicală a remarcat un profesionalism incontestabil în ceea ce privește ``System of a `Down``.Nimic nu este compus la întâmplare,nici măcar o expresie din videoclipurile de prezentare a pieselor nu este hilara.Totul arată că în cadrul acestei trupe există un creier care ordonează activitatea.

După trei ani apare cel de al doilea album:``Toxicity``.Acest album este unul de referință fiind extrem de îndrăgit de public.În topurile de specialitate ,trupa a urcat rapid ,vânzările au crescut,s-a scris și s-a vorbit despre ei.Concertele le-au adus notorietate iar videoclipurile oficiale i-au făcut cunoscuți peste tot în lume.Din păcate solistul vocal a ales o carieră solo în paralel cu cu activitatea din cadrul trupei .Asta nu a destrămat trupa dar au urmat ani lungi de inactivitate.

Cu toții avem vise.Unele se îndeplinesc,cele mai multe însă nu.Un armean a visat să cucerească lumea rockului.Proiectul lui Serj a arătat lumii încă o data că talentul nu ține cont de naționalitate sau de geografie.Închei invitându-va să ascultați piesa `Chop suey``.Versurile va vor vorbi iar muzica vă va încânta.Cu toții avem vise.Acesta e unul din visele imposibile ce au răscolit lumea muzicală:``System of o down``. . .
